("Company") in connection with its operation of its browser extension called the CashBack Button ( the "Extension"), its CashBack Malls, and offline operations (the Extension, CashBack Malls and offline operations together are known as the "Business"), and supersedes any previous statement of such policies.
Company also offers "white labels" versions of the Extension to Company's clients ("Portal Sponsors") to offer a branded version of the Extension for use with Portal Sponsor’s CashBack Malls as a "value added" benefits to Portal Sponsor's customers, employee, or members (collectively hereafter called "Users").
Company knows that users' personal information is important to them; Company respects that importance and treats that information responsibly. Company has created the below policy to explain the types of information it collects from users, how it uses this information, with whom and for what purposes it shares the information, and how users can interact with Company in connection with the information collection and use.

Users of our Extension must first be registered as members of one of our CashBack Malls
before being allowed to install the Extension and receive personal Cash-Back Bonuses. When you registered

we can provide assistance and information to you. For example, such data may be warranted in order to
provide online technical support and troubleshooting.

The Extension's pages may contain electronic images known as Web beacons - sometimes also
called single-pixel gifs - that allow the Extension to count users who have used those pages
and to deliver co-branded services. The Extension may include Web beacons in promotional e-mail
messages or newsletters in order to determine whether messages have been opened and acted upon.
